Wellness Program

Your health and well-being matter to us. As part of Nolan Painting's Wellness Program, employees enrolled in the company health plan can earn a $300 gift card by completing a simple wellness activity.

Schedule your annual preventive wellness visit with your primary care physician and have them complete the Annual Physical Form. Return the completed form to HR by December 15, 2026, and you'll qualify for your gift card reward.

Just a reminder that your Nolan Painting health plan includes a covered wellness visit once each calendar year, so you do not need to wait a full year between appointments. If you have not completed your wellness visit during the current calendar year, you may be eligible to schedule one now.
